Still looking to be convinced this is the route to salvation for #Jaguar.
Still I am not in the market for a £100k plus 4 seat EV so maybe not the best judge.

@DazzlingDamo They wish to be the new Bentley. They've seen what success they're having and want some of that. Irrespective of how people perceive the brand. And the FIRST thing they have to sort is the dreadful quality and reliability of their products.
@CrackedWindscreen it's took Bentley a decade and a lot of VW's money to get where it is today.
I am not entirely convinced that Tata has either the patience or depth of pockets to pull this off.
Does anyone know if this is the same underpinnings as the 2024 Range Rover EV?
@DazzlingDamo that’s a good question and I agree with you about Tata. There is some fantasy stuff going on and they’re leaning heavily on Tata Consultancy to advise them. There’s some really mad decisions going on right now at that place.
Personally, I reckon they’re doomed, looking at some of the things I see being said/claimed and hoped for. LR will limp on until the Chinese hit the EV luxury market and then they’re screwed too.

How Jaguar and LR are at the bottom for reliability forever without moving is a mystery. It takes some stones to be consistently bad over so long.
Shame really as the iPace is really nice and kind of cheap for what you get now they are a few years old.
@serichards @DazzlingDamo I always wanted to try an iPace but they never had the decency to even acknowledge melt attempt to get in touch.
