Furniture giant Ikea has said that it plans to phase out products owned by Mondelez, the company behind #Cadbury , amid a boycott across much of Scandinavia of the confectionary-maker’s products.
It comes as dozens of Scandinavian companies have cut ties with Mondelez, over the tax it paid to the russian government

@EugeneMcParland @craignicol We were discussing it a few weeks back in out IKEA training how odd it was that we still sold it, as we don't sell other brands (unless co-branding). One of the last "Swedish" things that isn't owned that will be removed.
So makes total sense.

Darn it, been a while since I was at IKEA but the Daim cake was my favorite.
I hope they come up with their own version for the café.
