@OmbertoAldobrandeschi lol this is plain hate without knowing the history. Pius XI published Mit brennende Sorge which was directed against Nazis. Hitler was trying to exterminate catholic church whereever he came.
You might also watch the movie The Mission 1986 to see how "they were supporting slavers". You should find out something about John Paul II. to see how they "supported dictatorships" and maybe you should see what pope said about Putin before...
@Erwin_Schroedinger the German catholic church lived very well with the Nazis after the “Reichskonkordat” was signed in July 1933, a treaty between Hitler’s dictatorship and the Holy Sede. For remaining silent about politics, the church was granted to collect taxes. This “Kirchensteuer” is still to be paid in Germany, being the main income of the Vatican.

@EugeneMcParland the pope telling them to make a deal with the devil. What does that tell you about religion, faith? He is just an actor in a costume. Living in a bubble, in comfort. Faith? do you see him standing in harms way in protest? They never have enough faith to be a shield. Religion is fraud, has nothing to do with God
@EugeneMcParland Does Pope realize Russia wants to erase the Ukrainian people, identity, culture, language, history, and destroy everything Ukrainian in Ukraine and make everything Russian? He can't be that naive, but he apparently that gullible. You don't wave white flag and surrender to Russia. You're as good as dead.
