The Great Belt is one of the busiest sea lanes in the world, and it allows passage to vessels from different countries. But Denmark is increasingly concerned about a russian “shadow fleet” using its waterways.

Looks like he has a passing familiarity with Russian crews.
@EugeneMcParland While the UN Law of the Sea allows peaceful commercial transit through territorial waters in the Baltic, they should reasonably be able to bar ships deemed uninsurable by legitimate companies.
