@doot Mantis shrimp. Where our eyes have photoreceptors in three different colours (red, green, and blue), these beasties have 12, including 1 infrared and 3 ultraviolet. They can also see polarised light. So basically, they see the world in colours that our brains don't even have the concepts of, let alone names for!

Extremely colourful mantis shrimp, with a carapace in shades of red, green, and blue (and probably several other colours we can't see). Its compound eyes are shiny and violet-looking spheres on stalks, above the rest of its body.
