As a woman I do feel more akin with people from than I do Leinster in some ways. There's a way of speaking or an unspoken understanding that just hits different that I can't quite explain. And yes I know Louth was part of Ulster until 1596.

@Lilith I've always been curious as to what part provincial identity plays into things in the south.

Loyalists are mad about their Ulster pride here but I can't say I've ever seen similar pride displayed from people from Leinster, Munster or Connacht. Is that a thing?

@Lilith mad that stealing all of the cúige of Meath wasn't enough for them Leinster ones. That's southern Uí Néill turf surely.
