Schizoaffective disorder: A person who has schizophrenia along with a different disorder, such as depression or being bipolar. Schizotypal: Usually does not understand social patterns/behaviors, are paranoid, and sometimes have anxiety. Schizophrenia: A disorder associated with symptoms of general psychotic behavior, reduced cognitive functioning, and other symptoms.
