Taking the train to my parents and leaving the car at home. If it’s just one person travelling, it’s much cheaper when you take into account tolls. Now… if only I could get a coffee on board #irishrail
@adamh I was thinking the same on the 5:45 a.m . train from Cork to Dublin on Thursday. Why didn’t I bring one with me? I did, but I drank it on the 2 hr journey to get the train. Please @irishrail why is there #NoCoffeeOnAnyIrishTrain ?????? #IrishRail
@annetteskade @irishrail Agree! If a private company can’t provide it, then IrishRail should just employ people directly to provide the service. Giving people benefits and pensions is a good thing! I’d pay extra on my ticket!
