The Body Snatcher (1945) was the first of the three Val Lewton RKO horror films to star Boris Karloff.
Based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s story which was based on the infamous West Port Murders (for which Burke and Hare were believed responsible).
It's not in the top rank of Lewton movies but it's very enjoyable and it does have Karloff.

@d4doome Bedlam and Isle of the Dead we're the other two where he worked with Karloff IIRC. Lewton's work oozed that creepy mood and atmosphere. I Walked With A Zombie and Cat People are by far my favorites and arguably his best.
@Jesse412 I Walked With A Zombie and Cat People are my favourites as well but I do really love Isle of the Dead.
