I'm a big fan of Cecil B. DeMille’s comedies. My favourite is his outrageous pre-code musical sex comedy Madam Satan (1930). Zeppelins, amazing costumes, lots of pre-code naughtiness. It all adds up to delirious crazy fun.

@d4doome I first (accidentally) saw this on a tiny monochrome TV in the wee hours of the morning when I still lived with my parents. Years later, I half-remembered it in a gauzy, indistinct way, as one might recall a dream/nightmare.
@d4doome That said, Lillian Roth is the real star among the cast. Her introductory musical number is killer.
