@daithimacthomais I'm using the web interface, and I don't have any problems doing so.
It might be worth trying that, just to see if it's a problem with Metatext.

@daithimacthomais can you try from the browser instead to check if it is an app or account issue?
It's not an instance issue as I have been able to do both.
