Join a game workers union. There a better work future if we imagine it & fight for it.
There's plenty to address in the games industry that is so fundamental like getting rid of unpaid overtime, lack of pension contribution, zero hour contracts, rolling contracts etc.
But let's imagine even bigger possibilities that other industries have had for decades.
