I’m in the middle of my semi-annual ‘reread’ of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld books and I’m having a blast listening to Indira Varma narrating The Witches. She’s superb as a narrator. And the new series is a wonderful treat for someone like me who re listens/reads a lot. Don’t get me wrong, I love reading the books, and I love listening to the versions read by Celia Imrie, Nigel Planer, and Stephen Briggs (especially) , but getting a new version of a beloved book is always a joy.
