This is the consequences of Jeff's own actions. He abandoned the leadership of #Unionism to the #oneseatwonder & the #unelected blogger, in the hope they would deliver the #DUP to the top spot & with it the First Minister position. If the #DUP had of topped the poll - he would have discarded them as he walked into Stormont.
That didn't happen, so he now needs a ladder to climb down, to get the #DUP into government here because that is the only

place they have power. Plus he has to find away to do without Jim & Jamie turning on him!
Whatever he does, he is finished as the leader. His days are numbered. He now knows what Trimble felt like when he & Arlene abandoned him for supporting the Good Friday Agreement. #Karma
I can't say I feel that sorry for him. His ego outweighed his talent and we are all suffering.
Jeff is out of his depth and out of time.
