130km down the Barrow way today, Rathangan to Milford, a real mix of surfaces and several stretches where the towpath hasn't been mown, hard going on those, especially where the thistles and nettles were, I wonder if Waterways Ireland are making a point to those who objected to the surface being upgraded, if you want grass you can have plenty of it?
