<< it is cyclical but currently Courts seem to be strengthening their resolve in classic copyright cases. Are they gearing up for the mother of all battles: the inevitable AI copyright cases with the well-armed tech companies.

(I personally suspect the backbone of Courts will vanish at that stage, but I will be happy to be wrong.)
