lovely! An unimaginably wealthy man so angry at homelessness he will donate all he has.

Well "all" bar his extensive property portfolio. And not any of his 7,552 hectares. And obviously not any of his state support.

But still ~3% of his personal wealth (well, of course, not "personal" wealth like normal people who pay things like, um, taxes that might help with homelessness).
