Season ends with Ferencváros as champions. Kecskemét 2nd & Debrecen 3rd have Europa quaifying places, also Zalaegerszeg, because of their Magyar Kupa win. At the bottom Vasas had long gone but the final games saw Honvéd relegated for the first time in twenty years.
