@martinmeany I have to say, I actually thought about this later on last night. I remember once being in NYC when Obama was driving through. It was very odd - suddenly, the streets were empty and there were secret service suits all over the place. Obama drove through, and a minute later it was back to normal. I wonder if, with all that coordination, it's just easier and cheaper to fly, given it's a foreign country. I imagine Biden doesn't WANT to fly if given the choice...
