For physical copies, I published directly on Kindle Direct Publishing and have it that booksellers can order from there for bookseller prices also. It's listed here but I've not known someone to use it.

For electronic copies, it's kindle only at the moment but I can make a review copy available in exchange for an honest review 
@nichorra @bookstodon I only just heard about bookshop.org the other day I would prefer to get it from there but it looks like the UK site doesn't list it.
I'd be more than happy to give an honest review for a review copy. I've got plenty of time & plenty of underused hyperlexia.
