Just thinking, why does the default browser thing not affect Apple as they bundle Safari with their computer?. Or with say Ubuntu that bundle Firefox?
Or is because of 'Microsoft has the biggest market share'?
@padraig it's a market share thing, on mobile there's been talk of Apple's hand being forced.

@padraig it's specifically about abusing a position of market dominance, which doesn't apply in the other cases.
