@sinabhfuil I hate the fact that Death by Dangerous Driving has such a slap on the wrist punishment. It should be treated, with sentencing allowed, equivalent to manslaughter.

@sinabhfuil Murder is with malice aforethought so it's more difficult to prove intent. Manslaughter is with no malice aforethought and circumstances taken into account. Still a maximum of life though.
