@sinabhfuil I hate the fact that Death by Dangerous Driving has such a slap on the wrist punishment. It should be treated, with sentencing allowed, equivalent to manslaughter.
@Pamela1960 In fact the charge should be murder or manslaughter as appropriate
@sinabhfuil Murder is with malice aforethought so it's more difficult to prove intent. Manslaughter is with no malice aforethought and circumstances taken into account. Still a maximum of life though.
@Pamela1960 You can be prosecuted for murder for a killing that happens in the course of a crime, for instance burglars who kill people in their homes
