Pebble alphabet by Belgian typographer and designer Clotilde Olyff

A typeface set that consists of uppercase then lowercase letters, followed by an exclamation mark and question mark, placed on a light-grey surface. Each one is a pebble resembling the letter or mark in question. Some of the resemblances are impressive, and the overall effect is marvellous. The pebbles are mostly shades of grey, many tinged yellow or brown, and their textures give them great variety of character and appearance.

@stancarey supposedly the typeface now known as Frutiger Stones was originally known as Frutiger Pebbles
