Organizing my IKEA Alex drawers with these 3D printed containers.
Yes, those are phone cases and MagSafe wallets. And no, I definitely don’t have a problem… probably.
Parking blocks. Small detail, big impact.
From gritty back alleys to modern dioramas, these miniature barriers ground your scene in reality.
Need a roadblock? Done.

@FreeCAD I have released the Mi thermometer outdoor enclosure into the public.
It would make me happy if other people built their own. Please let me know if you do :)
Pierwsza klamerka była za mała, więc zrobiłem drugą większą. Tym razem jest w niej więcej matematyki niż celowania na oko i suwmiarkę, ale o dziwo też się udało. :D
Kolejny krok to klateczka dla pszczelej mateczki… ;-)
I just got my first 3D printer, I'm loath to use #Windows for the software but I do have a machine w/ SolidWorks that runs
win11pro
What linux software stack do you use for 3d printing?
From the good ol' wacky G1 days, here's the detonator which Gears used to blow up the evil Solar Needle! To make it extra fun, a 3d printable spring goes inside the body to allow the plunger to be, well ... plunged!
#3dprint files now up at www.patreon.com/posts/135773315!
Any chooms got some 3D printing advice?
I have a bedslinger (Sovol SV06 ACE, PLA), and any lower profile prints have been perfect, but I wanted to try this cool paper-holding rat to print for my son, and I have tried 3 times and it comes loose from the bed near the top of the print. Of course then it just air prints.
Things I have tried:
I'm using orcaslicer, I think the one thing that's left to try is reducing the print speed, but I hoped that wouldn't be needed...Maybe there is a way to slow the print as you get further up? Or maybe because I'm such a n00b I missed something obvbious
I usually don't share my prints but I am pretty happy with the way this one turned out. It is a wall bracket for a mini computer (this one is for the dyno).
It is Colorfab PLA/PHA printed at about 25mm/s on a printer I built. It is not cleaned up, I have only removed the supports.
My new phone just arrived. Gonna switch to that as soon as I #3Dprint a nano SIM adapter.
I wanted to do some #DigitalDetox and thought I might as well go with some classic.

My first 3D print!
We bought our Creality Ender 3 V3 SE when it was on sale back in 2023, but it hadn't yet floated to the top of the Hyperfocus On Next pile. Now that I need to print enclosures for my Meshtastic devices, I decided to pick it up, and the first result is a pretty cool maneki-neko.
