But it’s on the 3GT list because I am learning to say no when necessary.<br>• got the last of the cardboard (from sofa delivery, so quite a lot) into the recycling bin more than 12 hours before collection: this is good because there was a non-zero chance I would forget until the lorry came and have to run down, several times, in my jim-jams…<br>• bought a 2-cup cafetiere from a charity shop just in case someone visits (until today I have only had a manual 1-cup espresso maker).</p>

Changed my nightstand back from the cabinet with three drawers we put there when I got sick, and am back with my old nightstand. More and more back to normal!</p><p>2. It feels so good to tidy up the house and to deep clean everything slowly. </p><p>3. I love my new habit of always tidying something away when I leave the room, or taking something that needs to be trashed. BUT- good thing is it really makes me appreciate all the more the family run Mexican cafe in my own little town... awesome Mexican Mocha Large latte for $3.50! )plus free plain coffee refills) 🙌🏻<br>2. I'm so enjoying observing my way-too-FAT red tabby cat Rufus slowly losing weight on his new diet of three months- he's gone from 18 to 16 lbs. He hates the diet but he's looking and acting so much better! One more lb to go.<br>3. Met up with a new friend from going to <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/ContraDance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ContraDance</span></a> s ... we met for coffee in a town halfway between us. Much blabbing and fun was had for 2 hours, I'm so glad we did this. Makes it more of a 'real life' friendship rather than just seeing each other at dances. 👍🏼</p>
