I'm having a #rheumatoid #arthrits flare up tonight and feeling old.

Pain sucks.
Every joint in my hands is on fire. (Ive taken my meds, wearing my compression gloves, going to bed)

Take of yourselves, my siblings.
Drink water. Stretch. Move.

Very impressed with these #Arthrits compression gloves. Slept with them on and woke without aching finger joints. Although as I soon as I took them off to make breakfast the aches returns. Bought from #ArthritisIreland website. Dear, but worth it for having hands that function. Wearing them all day, especially in this freezing weather.
