They say they want #asylum-seekers to do things legally, but this is a lie. Their problem is that #immigrants come at all. This man was at a court to do what he's supposed to do, and they jumped him to keep him from making his appointment. Note the man #ICE also hurt and ignored.
While these court cases flounder, expose, encourage & disappoint, sucking up time, it would be nice if some ally nation offered to give the Garcia family #asylum if Mr. Garcia is released to its custody. Find a way thru all this sadistic weenie wagging impasse & save a life, if it isn't already too late. He would be deported now anyway, just not to El Salvador-- the place he fled to begin with, & not to prison. It would be a hard choice for his wife, expat or not, but hers to make.

Both my parents born here (though a couple of my dad's oldest siblings were not).
I'm 3/4 Swedish, & the last 1/4 is mostly Norwegian. At this point, I'd rather go to either of those than stay in this #ShitholeCountry
