Came home after a tiresome trip to Dublin for medical appointment, and was feeling dreadfully tired and sore (due to and ) and rather sorry for myself. Cheered right up when saw this lovely book post of my Advanced Reader Copies of a book of essays by Irish autistic people that I had the honour of editing 🎉

My Physical trainer helped me ground myself so much today, and my senses are so much happier now. Did a fun exercise of throwing and catching, to get my brain working and coordination firing, to lift the brain fog. I love having a trained specialist who gets my , , and associated . I always come out feeling better 🎉

I would love if there was an extra hour between 11am and midday. My body and brain work best in the morning once the has loosened up, so morning is my time to tidy up, cook dinner in slow cooker, and . But an extra hour would give me time to exercise and / or read too.

After 1pm the school runs start, and lunch must be eaten, and the hits hard and the becomes unpredictable.

There've bn mornings I've crawled to 🚽, atm it's more of a waddle until my joints, muscles &ligaments ease

Any length of time in one position& my body siezes, fluid builds up in my joints due to my immune system constantly attacking thm. The natural antiinflammatory factors in my body don't work, ergo nding time to get moving
