@vampiress case in point, one of my fave games to noodle about in once every n years is Miss Kitty Fantastico, an unfinished #Buffy-themed game where you play as MKF, Willow & Tara’s cat 
About a million years ago, in a mostly-forgotten semi-legendary epoch now called "The Nineties", I was a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan.
You know, a proper fan. I'd arrange my social life around the show airing on TV. I'd rush out to the shops as soon as each season's box set (on VHS!) was released. I'd spend ages discussing the show with other Buffy nerds on Usenet and email lists.
But I haven't rewatched it for close on quarter of a century. And I've just taken delivery of the full box set on DVD. 39 disks. 144 episodes.
Anyway, while I'm losing myself back in Sunnydale, I was wondering if I should toot or blog my way through it. Any interest?
Michelle Trachtenberg's death in February was due to complications from diabetes, the New York medical examiner's office says. The "Buffy" and "Gossip Girl" actor was 39. A source told NBC that she had recently received a liver transplant.

Watching the Ted episode of #Buffy, and I must say the suspicious mini pizzas which really aren’t pizzas are the major problem here: clear sign that Ted’s evil.
I'm relieved the respected #journalist #JeffreyGoldberg handled this craziness with such professionalism.
But I'm disappointed that #Buffy Summers wasn't invited into the #NationalSecurity #groupchat. She made it pretty clear that she expects to be in the loop about this kind of thing.

My head cannon is that the reason more people didn't flee Sunnydale en masse is that the next big city over was Angel Grove, and the populace of Sunnydale was just like "yes, there are vampires and occasionally demons, but there's never been a 150 foot tall Sphinx or Pumpkin Monster wandering through downtown, so..."
█▓▒░ I just had the most interesting feeling while watching this S7 intro for #Buffy.
That HAPPENED. That great show really existed. We had that. And we still do. And it makes me all fluttery to think about even after all these years.
Is that weird? Probably.
And it's definitely not a dis against all the other great shows since then -- not at all. Just... man this was a really special space.
Insane to think I once thought it was WB teen crap. If I'd never been forced to tape it on VHS for someone one evening I'd probably never have become a fan. 
There wasn't a character on #Buffy that I didn't love, but Anya will always be a personal favorite. This moment of innocence before finally breaking over the absurdity of mortality hits especially hard.

The "intense reaction" is because she was THIRTY NINE.
I admit, I'm not in the #demographic of the #author. I mostly knew #MichelleTrachtenberg from #Buffy. But she was born, at the most, eight years after I was, ant that is frighteningly young age to die.
