Joe Cooper 🇺🇦 🍉<p>They've got two special editions of the Commodore 64 Ultimate, and they're both remarkably uglier than the standard brown one, at least in the pictures. I like transparent cases, but only if they don't have crazy RGB LED fireworks flashing all the time. I wonder if that can be disabled? Today, I received one of my personal all-time classics from eBay... "The Cycles" from Accolade. This is the Amiga version from 1989. Of course, I will share this on the Internet Archive asap. I just started to scan the manual, but all in all this will probably take a few days. "Real Life" is interfering again.

I have no strong feelings about the new #Commodore developments. The only thing I had *some* feelings about was when the manufacturing was briefly in the UK which is when I grabbed mine and I couldn't care less about what logo was on the case.

Shop keeper Phyllis used her computer system to automate book keeping, taking the time to prepare from five hours to five minutes.

Having learned the system down to hardware level, Phyllis is now building an electronics kit. Her aim? Build a computer herself; Or as we called it an “electronic gadget”.

What Phyllis doesn’t say is she was a maths graduate from University and “#Cypher Clerk” in “Hut 5” at #BletchleyPark during the war.
