Epiphyt<p>Nachdem ich einige Zeit mit FSE-Themes gespielt habe, ist der beste Teil für mich die umfangreiche Verwendung von CSS custom Properties. So fand ich einen schicken Weg, um auf die Admin-Leiste zu prüfen, wenn ein fixierter Header verwendet wird.</p><p><a href="https://epiph.yt/blog/2024/hoehe-der-wp-admin-leiste-mit-css-custom-properties/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">epiph.yt/blog/2024/hoehe-der-w</span><span class="invisible">p-admin-leiste-mit-css-custom-properties/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://dewp.space/tags/WordPress" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WordPress</span></a> <a href="https://dewp.space/tags/FSE" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FSE</span></a> <a href="https://dewp.space/tags/CSS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CSS</span></a> <a href="https://dewp.space/tags/CustomProperties" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CustomProperties</span></a></p>
Jürgen Wössner<p>I so often get annoyed with <a href="https://typo.social/tags/CSS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CSS</span></a> <a href="https://typo.social/tags/tutorials" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tutorials</span></a> whose half of the code is variables, just to reduce redundancy. They would be much quicker to understand in pure CSS. If I need a value just barely twice, I'd rather write "0.3s" twice instead of "var(--blah-motion-duration)". What the fuck? You don't need to show off that you understand <a href="https://typo.social/tags/CustomProperties" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CustomProperties</span></a>.</p>
