Jetzt frage ich mich: macht es in so einem Fall einen Unterschied ob SSD mit oder ohne DRAM? Ist ja scheinbar v.a. bei Schreibgeschwindigkeit ein Unterschied, aber teilweise auch bei der Lebenserwartung von SSD und Arbeitsspeicher wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe.
