So, between the time I pulled up the #DowJones ticker in my browser and was able to do a window-capture, the index had dropped a further 200 points from the 1,500+ that it was already down.
I would love to thank #Trump for the incoming economic depression that's likely to make what my grandparents went through look like nothing. I'd also like to thank all of the #MAGA voters that actively put him back in office. I would love to especially thank all of the assholes that stayed home for this last election, allowing those MAGA voters to put Trump back in office. I would love to thank all of the #Republican members of the US #House and #Senate who have done fuck-all to curb him, either in this administration or those who had the opportunity to impeach and oust him in his last administration.
I'd also like to thank the #Biden administration for not prioritizing putting Trump's felonious ass in jail. I'd like to thank the main-line Democratic politicians who saw the danger of a Trump-47 and decided to play it safe, this last election, contributing to people staying home.
I hope, most of all, that everyone listed above dies slow, painful deaths. But first, I hope they get to see the ones they love do so, especially if those that they love are their children and grandchildren.
