iamBullivant<p>On 17 November 1940 Luke Kelly (Lúcás Ó Ceallaigh) was born in Sheriff Street, Dublin. His father, also named Luke, was shot and severely wounded as a child by British soldiers from the King&#39;s Own Scottish Borderers during the 1914 Bachelor&#39;s Walk massacre. iamBullivant<p>John Sheahan was born on 19th May 1939 in Dublin. He is an Irish musician and composer and the last surviving member of the definitive five-member line-up of The Dubliners. iamBullivant<p>Ciarán Bourke died on 10th May 1988. He was one of the original founding members of The Dubliners. He played tin whistle, mouth organ and guitar, as well as singing.
