Feeling like you have to include #AI in your already perfectly fine application is one thing, but putting it in the position where the returning user would expect to see legacy #UI (read: the part that always used to work) should be met with throwing whoever planned the feature into #UX jail.

Holy shit, #DuckDuckGo has started showing (bad!) AI summaries for search results instead of excerpts from the page. #DDG results have been going downhill for a while, but this is just unusable.
(This is inherited from Bing. DDG once had its own search results, but has just been Bing for a while now.)

I tried to search for this on duckduckgo (bing) and it returned nothing but stories about Harris snubbing Vance. All of them.
Duckduckgo/bing are ALL IN for Trump the searches getting double plus good propaganda.
I've noticed lately that Duckduckgo had started shoving it's A.I. search results into my searches. A quick hunt around & I've found that you can switch it off by using this link or adding these 2 parameters to your searches...

Jesus Christ! Not only has DuckDuckGo set up a specific website just for AI shit recently – now they have even started showing LLM generated bullshit by default in their search results. I don't want this! I never asked for this! Duck your climate destroying spam and propaganda machine!
