Jonathan Matthews<p>A good week on my <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/FatKnacker" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FatKnacker</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/WeightLoss" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WeightLoss</span></a> journey.</p><p>I moved over 10km on each <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/exercise" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>exercise</span></a> day except 1, and finished up with four solid hours of very fast walk / slow trot today. I'm losing about 1.5kg each week, and it feels genuinely sustainable.</p><p>Onwards!</p>
