I’ll check the hampers to see if I need to do some laundry and will probably find that I do. 🤣 I’ll play around a bit with the Sunny Fit app and our new Sunny stair stepper and see if I can figure out how to get the workout working. I’ll also use the stepper so I can get used to it quicker. Today I almost didn't experience that shock-like pain on my left knee, except for a single occurrence towards the end. It was more like a constant discomfort. The place was out so I got some whey, thinking it would be a nice little treat to take a break from the graineyness of the vegan powder. I was wrong. I can barely tolerate the sweetness of the artificial flavoring. I was almost gagging getting it down. Cynni's Blog<p><strong>Journal – Week 16, April&nbsp;2025</strong></p> On Monday, a friend and I went for a quick trip to Ikea. Normally we spend more time there, but with Arwen feeling a tad poorly, we both didn't want to linger too long. On Tuesday I had PT and I contacted the vet to ry and get meds to help Awen. Wednesday, I was able to pick the meds up, and start with them in the evening. Thursday, I went to Germany again with mum. Friday was a more relaxing day, as I was rather tired. Saturday, I took Arwen to the Herperduin, which she loved. Sunday, we went to the Herperduin in the early morning. Followed by a visit to Nijmegen. Forgot to make this in time... 🫣 So the Monday is missing. There was some rain in the night and morning, and then sun and 17°C. The rest of the week looks colder and greyer, which is a bummer... I find some martial arts exercise and kicking the stuffing out of thin, air gets me warmed up and stretched.</p><p>2. I usually finish with strengthening and yoga and qi-ong</p><p>3. Some days I do brisk walking and gardening</p><p>4.
