After giving credit where it's due, I now have to report that they're trying desperately to get as many orders wrong as possible (two of the past three).Furthermore, because of the way errors are reported (per item, not per order) I have to fill out the report form multiple times (two or three) per order. Since the form also disallows use of history, it means double checking *everything* to ensure accuracy.Grrrr! 👎

Yoss1960Thankfully, the indexes at the <a href="https://mastodon.me.uk/tags/GRO" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#GRO</a> now include Mother's Maiden Name (MMN) for all births, so I can eliminate one birth record as MMN is wrong. That still leaves the two deaths. I have a hunch it'll be the one for a child age 0, rather than the child aged 1.
