The service relied on reserved bus lanes, including dedicated bus bays at stops, to avoid delays from stationary vehicles. Proposed traffic measures included all-day bus lanes and tidal lanes on busy roads. Around 30 double-decker buses were to operate, with a redesigned interior for 74 seated passengers. The success of the service depended on effective enforcement of traffic rules.
