Bob LeFridge :tinoflag:
One of NZ's richest men, Peter Huljich, was recently found guilty of insider trading. But as the Post says, "It’s hard for media to report on the case in detail because of the extensive suppressions imposed by judges."

We know Huljich passed confidential information to a Trust, but we're not allowed to know the name of the Trust or Huljich's relationship with it, the quantity of shares sold by the trust, or the specific dates on which the trust sold them.

The Crown asked for imprisonment, but the judge only fined Huljich $100,000.
