In the parlance of contemporary #AusPol, #USpol and #UKpol it seems to me that there are now only two social classes, "the wealthy" (sometimes + "elites") and "the middle class".
I'm calling bullshit on this. It looks to me like a conscious effort to erase the poor. Say it, you chicken-shit politicians, say something about what you are doing to help the poor, or the not-members-of-working-families. What ever the actual fuck a "working family" is.

Conservatives don't want you to understand that publicly funded insurance works precisely like its private counterpart,
except in the public insurance system surplus goes into making insurance cheaper for the insuree or funding public works , rather than burnishing gilded toilets like profits do with the private.
Healthcare in particular it's highlighted: treating a chronic illness' symptoms is the ideal private clinical sit. In the Public system: A Cure.
