Synopsis & non-spoilery review.]On a Kim Seon Ho quest, I watched. It turned out to be season 1 repeated with new cast aside from Lee Yi Kyung - same ridiculous gags and juvenile humor.The guesthouse is in trouble again & the manager (a wannabe actor) asks his friends (a wannabe singer & a wannabe baseball star) to invest. 3 couples end up living in & running the guesthouse. Lots of tropes, slapstick humor, some parental relationship troubles, some disasters & a lot of miscommunication make for some funny & touching moments with a good message about perseverance. The 3rd leads have a lot of growth & their story stole the show. I knew what it was, we've had a jar of it on our kitchen counter for what seems like forever, but I'd never noticed it in PPL. But all of sudden, it's EVERYWHERE, in every recent (mid2024-now) <a href="https://mas.to/tags/KDrama" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#KDrama</a> I'm watching. REALLY insistent and intrusive, to the point of making Subway seem subtle. I guess more aggressive PPL like this will be needed to help reduce the impact of lost ad revenue from shorter series

Because it's arrived halfway through episode 9/12. Which it means it simply cannot be dragged on ad infinitum, as would be the case in a 16 ep Drama. Less really is MORE (bearable)
