Bruce MacDonald<p>Excellent marine museum in Duluth faces staff shortage as peak boatwatching season arrives.</p><p>'"It's heartbreaking," said Kaylee Matuszak, who has worked at the museum since 2021 and was expecting to be promoted this year from a renewable term appointment to a permanent position, which would also mean a pay raise. Instead, Matuszak is slated to lose her job entirely when her term expires next month.</p><p>'The departure of Matuszak, who has been spotlighted by Visit Duluth, will be a particularly noticeable change for the visitor center.
