You’re right to complain but you already have the power to act. Just get the f on with it. What are you waiting for?
You can already choose to build to higher standards, with solar etc as standard. You have build approval on 1m homes. Yet you choose not to.
Treat it as a race to the top, not the bottom. Convince shareholders. Your turn.
