You should be proud to be nonbinary.
Regardless of stage of life you're in or the choices you've made, it's taken tremendous effort to get to the point of knowing yourself this well.
Not only that, but maintaining that same truth in the face of oppression takes strength.
You are accomplished.
Coming to grips with being nonbinary is difficult and it's a process that rarely has a clear end point.
But a deeper knowledge and acceptance of yourself will help you build a better life.
And when your life does get better, then you will have earned it.
In case you need to be reminded, transitioning as a nonbinary person is worth the trouble.
You deserve to take the time, resources, and help necessary to change.
Becoming the best you is worth it for yourself and for your community.
The way that you're nonbinary can change with time.
You might change your labels up or ditch them altogether. Your presentation may shift. The communities you frequent could vary as well.
The term "nonbinary" can be as general or as specific as you need.
Other nonbinary and/or trans people can make great friends. If you can offer your company and accept theirs, then it'll most likely be worth it.
They'll help you bear the weight of living in a bigoted society, and you'll lighten their burden, too.
You are a whole person. You are complex and kaleidoscopic.
You can’t be reduced to only those aspects of that someone finds acceptable (be it your orientation, gender, race, etc.).
To accept only a peice of you because it's easy is violent, ignorant, and irresponsible.
Fitness is for nonbinary people, too.
Yes, there are gendered facilities, spaces, programs, and clubs that leave no space for us. But we are welcomed in many others. Finally, we can make our own spaces.
There's room in the world for nonbinary fitness.
It's scary and often dangerous to be open about being nonbinary.
If you choose to be open about it, remember that you're doing quite a bit of good.
You're an example for women and men as well as a source of hope for nonbinary people you may not even be aware of.
Transitioning is, in part, creativity extended to your own being.
It's a magnificent and messy process just like every other creative act.
There is art and power in you.
It’s ok to be scared about the idea of being nonbinary if you’re questioning.
Growth and change are often scary, especially when dealing with labels considered “controversial” by many. There’s nothing inherently wrong with being afraid.
Just remember that there are many of us who have been where you are now, and many can help you find your courage.
You are not alone.
Don't worry about how long it took for you to learn that you're nonbinary.
There are countless reasons beyond your control that can slow your progress, making you question your gender for years (if you wonder at all).
The important thing is that you overcame those obstacles to get here.
It's alright to reevaluate your labels.
Language, people, and the world changes, and you have to adapt in your own way.
You don't exist to represent labels. Labels are for you to use.
Transitioning involves taking hold of your own fate in a uniquely powerful way.
You can be proud of that power.

It's alright if you're not sure how or what the specifics may be. Claim it, if the term feels right.
You deserve a good life.
Society may have treated you poorly, but that doesn't mean you've earned it.
You are valued and needed by us all.
You can love yourself for being nonbinary.
It may take time and a lot of work, but you will overcome the artificial self hatred instilled in you by the cowards of your childhood.
You will come to love yourself because an indomitable being like yourself is worthy of it.

Gender affirming care is something that belongs to you, too (regardless of the various legal barriers you may need to overcome).
You deserve a chance to explore and feel happy in your skin.
