Ans Westra (POTD)<p>Anti Vietnam war demonstration<br>Violent and unsettling imagery from American sources was increasingly incorporated into anti-Vietnam War protest material in&nbsp;New Zealand in the late 1960s and early 1970s. In this photograph by Ans Westra, a young man holds a placard featuring the famous 1967 photograph of United States Marine Corporal Michael Wynn, whose helmet reads 'Make War Not Love' - an inversion of the counterculture's slogan.
