Executives regularly went to Mar-a-lago, donated millions of shareholder money to his PACs, dinners, and inauguration under the impression DJT was going to be a boon for the industry. Personal politics aside for them, their obligation as executives is to increase shareholder value which, with hindsight, they actively destroyed in the near term at minimum.
