If you are ever asked to give community feedback for what to do with a public park, ask for them to put in fruit trees! That's what I did during the community session for building the Greenway entry ramp park by the Midtown Exchange. They actually put fruit trees in! That was many years ago and now the trees are beautiful and everyone in the neighborhood loves them. I talked to a lady who walks her dog there once and she says she picks the fruit.

Any public access to the Freemason’s building would be allowed only on their terms and convenience. This stands in stark contrast to the right of access to the park which is owned by the people of the city and not by a secretive, misogynist, elitist old man’s club.

What a beautiful place!
Much of the falls is frozen but there is water running beneath the ice. It must be awesome in the spring when the ice breaks up!

‘LOVE LITTERS’
I live in the historic Pioneer Square district of Seattle. The streets have always been populated with the homeless, drug dealers, prostitutes, those suffering from addictions and/or mental illness. These folks were part of the tapestry of the community. Now, post-coronavirus, they ‘are’ the street. Sitting in the park, I decided to drop a few notes around the neighborhood. ‘Love Litters.'
