Procedural abortions can resume in Kansas City Missouri after a ruling by Jackson County Circuit Court Judge, Jerri Zhang.

The ruling isn’t all good news, while this does resume procedural abortions, there are still restrictions on medication abortion, but any abortion being legal is a huge win. This means Planned Parenthood can start providing them again.
