It may of been day rest but I have managed to finish off an Over the Edge fillable character sheet for the Over the Edge ttrp games I run as part of The Paradox Factory.
This time, the plan was to do what hotels do: a door hanger to avoid being disturbed during a game. The design is quite simple, with a classic shape for this kind of object, but with a little SF look around the edges. Then there's a reassuring little illustration and the logo of this magnificent humanist company, Weyland Utani.-
And because we're in Alien, I've allowed myself a little more realism on the back, in keeping with the mood of the final acts. We've switched to the color red and brought out the dear xenomorph. I tried a little burnt/damaged effect, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the result.

Ce coup-ci, le projet était de faire comme dans les hôtels : un accroche porte pour éviter d’être dérangé pendant une partie. La conception est assez simple avec une forme classique pour ce genre d’objets mais avec un petit look SF sur les contours. Ensuite, une petite illustration rassurante et le logo de cette magnifique société humaniste qu’est la Weyland Utani.-
Bon, et puis parce qu’on est quand même dans Alien, je me suis permis un petit verso plus réaliste et conforme à l’ambiance des derniers actes. On passe à la couleur rouge et on fait apparaître ce cher xénomorphe. J’ai tenté un petit effet brûlé/abîmé mais je ne suis pas entièrement satisfait du résultat.

I have the fun of running a V:TM5 ttrpg session tonight which I left at wonderful cliffhanger.

It's a pretty good breakdown on what 4e did right, intentional clickbait title aside. As a longtime 4e defender, I am glad people are warming up to it. Heard #DrawSteel is borrowing from it too.
We're almost across the line on the second stretch goal, so it's time for an update on the third adventure—a mission of magic and politics from the feverish mind of Steve Dempsey.

Tried my hand at recording in VRChat.
Did a short, 30 minute video essay on why I often suggest people try new games.
A productive Saturday doing a lot of work on the Over the Edge RPG sever used by The Paradox Factory. All long over due being the server up to date with way I run games online.
Day working on the next ttrp games either Over the Edge or Kult: Divinity Lost by setting up the Discord servers used to play them.
I let myself get caught up in the nostalgia of the first StarWars by preparing a multifunction tray featuring the most emblematic ship in the franchise: the Millennium Falcon.-
The inspiration came to me while browsing Pinterest while preparing for a role-playing session, and I thought it looked cool. As usual, I started with a manual vectorization session, followed by 3D rendering. A few dozen minutes of machining, a bit of finishing and a big painting session later, I got what you see.

I call it a multi-purpose tray because the slots can hold a glass, a cup, treats, tokens or even a dice tray. And I have to admit, I like the idea of versatility. What do you think?

Je me suis laissé prendre par la nostalgie des premiers StarWars en préparant un plateau multifonctions à l'effigie du plus emblématique des vaisseaux de la franchise : Le Faucon Millenium (ou Millenium Condor selon les sensibilités).-
L'inspiration m'est venue en parcourant Pinterest alors que je préparai une session de jeu de rôle et je me suis dit qu'il était sympa. Comme d'habitude, j'ai commencé par une session de vectorisation manuelle puis un rendu 3D. Quelques dizaines de minutes d'usinage, un peu de finition et une grosse session de peinture plus tard, j'ai obtenu ce que vous voyez.

Je parle de plateau multifonctions car les emplacements peuvent accueillir un verre, une tasse, des friandises, des jetons ou bien servir de piste à dés. Et j'avoue que j'aime bien cette idée de polyvalence. Et vous, qu'en pensez-vous ?

I have a strange situation in one of my V:TM5 Chronicles one player has unexpectedly taken a Grimoire from under the nose of its Tremere owner.
All I will say the fallout is going to be fun.
On a more positive note the V:TM5 session last night went better than in a long time as my old magic was back.
The players were on fire and next part of the game will be epic.
All ready for tonight's V:TM5 session which should be good last session before a break as I want run another game either Over the Edge or Kult: Divinity Lost.
I am in a nice position tonight as I think I have enough material for the two V:TM5 sessions I am running this week.
Now I am hopefull I don't get sick again.
Slow progress writing today for the V:TM5 session tomorrow night be getting there but as always I will be worrying I have not done enough.
A day of writing for the next V:TM5 session Monday which is going slow but at least getting there, though lot of session will have to be run on the fly.
One of the coolest parts of the housing system in Ultima Online is the ability to make your home totally unique and even a community space. Vendor houses and shopping malls, auction houses, taverns, libraries, travel lodges ("rune library"), and so many other creative things.
Imagine a game like the Sims meets Warcraft. Don't like your neighbor? You can literally kill them, chop off their head, and put it on display in your home. Yeah, that got morbid, quick... but UO was a game where everything felt possible.
